The transparent feeding tube Grafted pH Test Paper Guidewire

1.This Nasogastric tube is equipped with a grafted pH test paper guidewire, a patented technology and a domestic first. After insertion, there’s no need to aspirate gastric fluid to initially confirm the catheter’s position; simply remove the guidewire and compare the color change of the grafted pH test paper.

2.The guidewire uses 304 stainless steel with a fine spring, undergoing a special surface treatment process to achieve moderate softness and hardness, ensuring good passage during insertion and strong compliance.

3.The guidewire tip features a smooth, rounded design to avoid scratching the catheter’s inner wall.

Nasogastric tube with Hydrophilic Coating

The catheter tip is coated with a hydrophilic coating that forms a highly lubricating hydrogel film upon contact with water. This reduces frictional resistance between the catheter and the digestive tract mucosa during insertion, completely eliminating the risk of pre-insertion friction. Applying paraffin oil or petroleum jelly can cause secondary contamination to patients;

X-Ray Imaging Function

The nasogastric tube is embedded with an Radiopaque X-ray line. Depending on different customer needs, we can provide single barium, double barium, triple barium, and full Radiopaque options. The tube tip is equipped with a high barium ratio gravity head, providing the same imaging and focusing effect under X-ray, making it easier to determine the tube position;
